For tours, full payment is required to secure your spot. For transfers, you may choose to pay 10% upfront or the full amount.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before departure qualify for a full refund. Within 72 hours, cancellation fees may apply. Exceptions are considered for medical emergencies or severe weather.
If you notify us of delays, we will adjust your transfer accordingly. Without notice, after one hour of waiting, the booking will be considered a No Show and non-refundable.
